# LAND SURVEYOR -HV/LV **Prime Electrical Contracting Co LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with practical experience in electrical infrastructure projects, particularly street lighting, duct works, and HV/LV cable works . The candidate must have valid DEWA approval and a UAE Driving Licence . Key Responsibilities Carry out land and site surveys for electrical infrastructure projects. Conduct setting-out and surveying activities for street lighting, duct works, HV and LV cable routes . Establish and verify coordinates, levels, alignments, and elevations as per approved drawings. Conduct surveys for cable trenches, ducts, manholes, foundations, and other electrical infrastructure works. Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, measurements, and reports. Ensure all survey works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and DEWA requirements . Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, consultants, and other site teams. Check existing site conditions and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. Assist in preparing as-built survey information and documentation. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS , and other relevant equipment. Ensure accuracy of all measurements and setting-out works. Follow all project HSE requirements and safe working practices. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in street lighting, duct works, HV and LV cable infrastructure . Valid DEWA Approval is mandatory. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, setting-out, levels, coordinates, and measurements. Experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and related surveying equipment. Good knowledge of electrical infrastructure and utility projects. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Experience Relevant UAE/GCC experience in electrical infrastructure surveying, including street lighting, duct, HV and LV cable works, is preferred. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
