# Land Surveyor - Building Construction(Ruwais) **Brightway photocopier equipment** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Land Surveyor Project: Building Construction Location: Barakah, UAE Key Responsibilities - Carry out setting-out and surveying works for building construction. - Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and levels. - Set out foundations, columns, walls, grids, slabs, roads, and other civil works. - Conduct leveling, as-built, and dimensional surveys. - Check construction works against approved drawings and specifications. - Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other survey equipment. - Prepare survey reports, records, and as-built data. - Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and Construction teams. - Report any discrepancies in levels, coordinates, or dimensions. - Ensure all survey activities comply with project quality and HSE requirements. Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction surveying. - Building construction experience preferred. - Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS. - Good knowledge of AutoCAD and reading construction drawings. - Good communication and attention to detail.
