In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, calculating precise measurements, establishing boundary lines, and providing critical spatial data for various civil, commercial, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Field Surveys: Conduct topographic, boundary, right-of-way, and as-built surveys using advanced equipment (GPS, Robotic Total Stations, digital levels). Construction Staking: Perform site layout and construction staking to accurately guide civil works, utilities, foundations, and infrastructure development. Data Computation: Analyze field data and perform complex mathematical and engineering computations to verify data accuracy. Legal & Record Research: Review deeds, historical land records, title documents, and maps to establish official property boundaries and resolve discrepancies. Mapping & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive survey plans, maps, profiles, and legal descriptions using CAD or Civil 3D software. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project managers, civil engineers, architects, and construction crews to ensure adherence to design specifications. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in land or construction surveying. Immediate Joiners Preferred. cancelled visa/ Visit Visa Work Location: In person
