Key Responsibilities Field Operations: Conduct field surveys, topographic mapping, and geodetic calculations. Setting Out: Establish precise horizontal and vertical control points, lines, and levels for construction projects. Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed maps, sketches, survey reports, and as-built drawings using software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local regulations, including Dubai Municipality (DM) and RTA standards. Equipment Management: Maintain, calibrate, and operate surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GPS, and Levels. Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to verify measurements and resolve discrepancies. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in land surveying, specifically within the construction industry, high rise projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, and CAD software is required. Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE local authority procedures and land laws. Certifications: A valid UAE driving license is often preferred. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have 8–12+ years of land surveying experience in construction, particularly high-rise projects? Do you have experience working with Dubai Municipality (DM) and/or RTA requirements and procedures? Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field?
