# Land Surveyor **Hassan Allam Construction** · Al-Ayn · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: Land Surveyor Industry: Infrastructure / Civil Construction Location: UAE Key Responsibilities - Conduct land and construction surveys for roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and other infrastructure works. - Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and coordinates. - Carry out setting-out, leveling, alignment, and as-built surveys. - Verify coordinates, elevations, dimensions, and site conditions against approved drawings. - Prepare survey reports, calculations, and as-built documentation. - Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate execution. - Monitor construction activities and ensure works are within approved tolerances. - Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related instruments. - Identify and report discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. - Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements. Requirements - Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of surveying experience, preferably on UAE infrastructure projects. - Strong experience in roads, utilities, rail, earthworks, and infrastructure construction. - Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and surveying software. - Ability to read and interpret civil/infrastructure drawings. - UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred. - Main contractor/infrastructure contractor experience is highly preferred.
