# Land Surveyor **Hashim Contracting & Gen Maintenance** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Carry out accurate setting-out works for building construction activities. - Establish and maintain grid lines, benchmarks, coordinates, reference points, and levels . - Conduct surveys for excavation, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, beams, and other structural works . - Check the alignment, elevation, dimensions, and levels of construction works. - Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, IFC, and shop drawings . - Ensure all survey works are carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements. - Conduct regular site measurements and verify completed works. - Prepare as-built survey information and support the preparation of as-built drawings. - Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. - Identify and report any discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. - Operate Total Station, Auto Level/Digital Level, GPS/GNSS , and other surveying equipment. - Maintain proper records of survey measurements, calculations, and field data. - Ensure surveying instruments are properly maintained and calibrated. - Assist the site team with measurements, levels, coordinates, and quantity-related survey requirements.
