The candidate will be responsible for accurate surveying, setting out, levels, coordinates, and verification of construction works as per approved drawings. Key Responsibilities - Conduct site surveys, measurements, and construction setting-out works. - Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, coordinates, grid lines, and levels. - Set out foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, and other civil works. - Check line, level, elevation, alignment, and dimensions of completed works. - Read and interpret IFC, structural, architectural, and civil drawings. - Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey reports and records. - Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors. - Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. - Maintain accurate survey data, field notes, calculations, and documentation. - Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Requirements - 3–6 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in civil/building construction . - UAE experience in building construction is preferred. - Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Strong hands-on experience with Total Station and Auto Level . - Knowledge of GPS/GNSS is an advantage. - Ability to read construction and engineering drawings. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Candidates available in the UAE and able to join on short notice are preferred. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
