The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land, topographic, and construction surveys and providing reliable survey data to support construction and engineering projects. The role requires strong practical knowledge of Total Station, GPS/GNSS, leveling equipment, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D , along with the ability to work effectively on active construction sites. A valid UAE driving license is preferred due to the requirement for regular site travel. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate land, topographic, setting-out, and construction surveys . Collect and record field data using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and leveling equipment . Establish and verify benchmarks, control points, reference points, and site coordinates. Set out building lines, levels, grids, boundaries, and other construction requirements. Prepare and interpret survey drawings, site plans, and topographical maps . Verify dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and alignment against approved drawings. Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Architects, Project Engineers, and Site Teams . Analyze survey data and prepare drawings and reports using AutoCAD and Civil 3D . Identify discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings and report them to the relevant team. Maintain accurate survey records and documentation for project requirements. Ensure survey activities comply with applicable UAE standards, project specifications, and authority requirements . Maintain and properly operate surveying instruments and equipment. Support project teams with technical surveying requirements throughout project execution. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field . 2–3 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably within the UAE. Strong hands-on experience with: Total Station GPS/GNSS Auto Level / Digital Level AutoCAD Civil 3D Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and construction drawings . Good understanding of coordinates, levels, elevations, benchmarks, and setting-out procedures. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a construction-site environment. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Preferred Skills & Experience UAE construction and infrastructure project experience. Familiarity with UAE municipal and surveying requirements . Experience working in urban, desert, or coastal environments. Knowledge of GIS software is an advantage. Experience with modern surveying and digital data-collection technologies. Good command of English . Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
