The successful candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting out, levels, coordinates, alignment, earthworks, roads, utilities, drainage, and as-built surveys , ensuring all construction activities are executed accurately according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects , preferably in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Carry out site, topographical, construction, and as-built surveys. Set out roads, earthworks, foundations, drainage, utilities, structures, and other civil works. Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, grid lines, levels, and control points. Check line, level, elevation, alignment, and dimensions of construction works. Conduct earthwork and excavation level checks and measurements. Carry out surveys for road works, grading, drainage, pipelines, utilities, and infrastructure works. Prepare accurate survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built records. Read and interpret engineering drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and survey data. Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, supervisors, and subcontractors. Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report them to the relevant engineer. Maintain accurate survey records and ensure proper control of survey benchmarks. Operate and maintain Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS and other surveying equipment . Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE procedures. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering , or a related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects. UAE/GCC experience is strongly preferred. Strong experience in roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, grading, and general civil works . Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level and GPS/GNSS . Ability to read and understand civil engineering and construction drawings. Knowledge of coordinates, benchmarks, levels, alignment, and setting-out procedures. Experience with AutoCAD is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently on active construction sites. UAE driving license is an advantage.
