The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate surveying and setting-out works for building and civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct land and construction surveys at project sites. Carry out setting-out works for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, utilities, and other civil works. Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, grid lines, coordinates, and reference levels. Check and verify levels, dimensions, elevations, alignments, and coordinates. Read and interpret approved construction, architectural, and civil drawings. Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment . Prepare survey reports, field notes, measurements, and as-built survey records. Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QA/QC Engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Identify and report discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions. Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field . Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction surveying experience. UAE construction experience is preferred. Strong experience in building construction projects . Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and AutoCAD . Good knowledge of setting-out, leveling, coordinates, and construction survey procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and under pressure. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
