The Land Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out accurate site surveys, setting out construction works, verifying levels and coordinates, and providing technical survey information to support the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct land and construction surveys to establish accurate levels, coordinates, boundaries, and reference points . Carry out setting-out works for foundations, structures, roads, utilities, and other construction activities. Establish and maintain benchmarks, control points, and survey reference stations. Check and verify dimensions, elevations, alignments, and locations against approved drawings. Conduct as-built surveys and prepare accurate survey records. Perform topographic and site surveys as required. Monitor construction works to ensure they are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors regarding survey requirements. Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings. Prepare survey reports, calculations, field notes, and relevant documentation. Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and laser level . Download, process, and manage survey data and coordinate information. Assist the project team in resolving technical and surveying-related issues. Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications, procedures, and safety requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field . Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects. Strong experience in construction setting-out and as-built surveying. Proficient in using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment . Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Good knowledge of coordinates, levels, elevations, and construction surveying principles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Qatar/GCC construction experience is preferred.
