Location Bangalore & nearby areas in Karnataka Important areas: Devanahalli, Doddaballapur, Chikkaballapur, Sarjapur, Hoskote, Anekal, Kanakapura Road, Gunjur, Sabanahalli What type of candidate do we need? 5–12 years experience Experience must be specifically in Real Estate Land Acquisition Should have independently closed at least 50–100 acres Must have a strong network of landowners, farmers and local brokers Strong knowledge of Bangalore/Karnataka land market Kannada is mandatory , English required Must have own vehicle Should be comfortable travelling frequently for land/site visits Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Must have own vehicle Should be comfortable travelling frequently for land/site visits Important areas: Devanahalli, Doddaballapur, Chikkaballapur, Sarjapur, Hoskote, Anekal, Kanakapura Road, Gunjur, Sabanahalli Experience: Real Estate Land Acquisition: 4 years (Required) strong network of landowners farmers and local brokers: 4 years (Preferred) Language: Kannada (Preferred) Work Location: In person
