LADIES SALON MANAGER
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time Target Gender: Female Job Summary. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy, and business-minded Ladies Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale ladies' salon. The ideal candidate will manage a team of talented stylists and technicians, drive retail and service sales, ensure flawless customer satisfaction, and maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, manage appointment schedules using salon software, and ensure the salon is pristine. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and schedule a multicultural team of hair stylists, nail technicians, and beauticians. Financial Management: Meet monthly sales targets, manage daily cash flow, process payroll/commissions, and monitor expenses. Inventory Control: Track retail and professional product stock, handle ordering, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Client Relations: Deliver luxury-tier customer service, handle high-profile VIP clients, and professionally resolve customer feedback. Marketing & Growth: Execute local promotional campaigns and social media strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a busy, high-end ladies' salon or luxury spa in the UAE. Skills: Excellent leadership, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills. Software: Proficient in salon POS systems EX: PHOREST and basic MS Excel. Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Arabic language skills are a major advantage. Knowledge: Deep understanding of current hair, nail, and skincare trends and premium product brands.
