At least 3-5 years of experience Strong Business Intelligence and Data Analytics expertise, including SQL development, data modeling (star schema/dimensional modeling), and large-scale data analysis. Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and integration tools, such as Databricks, Python, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and ETL/ELT data pipelines. Proficient in BI reporting and dashboard development, using SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, semantic layers/universes, and enterprise BI platform administration. Skilled in production support, troubleshooting, and technical leadership, including root cause analysis, mentoring engineers, and resolving data and reporting issues. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ownership mindset, ability to work across teams, and capability to deliver reliable analytics solutions in fast-paced environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making. Develop and optimize SQL queries, databases, and data models to ensure reliable and efficient reporting. Build, support, and enhance ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and integrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks. Analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms. Create and support enterprise BI solutions using SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, or similar reporting tools, including semantic layer and universe design. Monitor and support production BI environments, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve data, system, and reporting issues through root cause analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions. Mentor team members, document solutions, and contribute to BI best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
