# L2 Security Engineer – IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) **The closing Gap** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced L2 Security Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/ITIM) to support identity management operations in an enterprise environment. The role involves day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, identity lifecycle management, feed processing, Active Directory and LDAP integrations, password synchronization, certificate management, and support for High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities. Key Responsibilities - Perform daily health checks, monitoring, log analysis, and queue management for the ISIM/ITIM platform. - Process and troubleshoot HRMS and vendor feed files, including reconciliation failures and feed exceptions. - Manage identity lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, account suspension, and dormant account removal. - Troubleshoot provisioning, reconciliation, authentication, and integration-related L2 incidents. - Diagnose password synchronization issues across ISIM agents, target adapters, Active Directory, and endpoints. - Manage SSL/TLS certificates for ISIM servers, web servers, and target connectors. - Support ISIM fix-pack installations, version upgrades, security patches, and feature updates. - Participate in High Availability testing and Disaster Recovery drills. - Support production readiness, failover validation, operational documentation, and post-incident activities. - Perform root-cause analysis and provide timely resolution for production issues. - Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for incident resolution and system maintenance. Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/ITIM) administration and troubleshooting. - Strong knowledge of LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory. - Experience with ISIM target adapters and integrations for Windows, Linux, and database environments. - Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations. - Hands-on experience with CSV, XML, and database-based feed processing. - Experience in identity provisioning, reconciliation, account administration, and identity lifecycle management. - Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management. - Basic shell scripting and troubleshooting skills. - Experience handling L2 incidents, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting. - Experience working in enterprise environments. - Strong documentation and communication skills. Preferred - Experience in BFSI/Financial Services environments. - Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities. - Exposure to enterprise identity and access management environments. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should be technically strong in ISIM/ITIM, comfortable working in a production environment, and capable of independently troubleshooting identity management and integration issues at the L2 level. Immediate or short-notice candidates with relevant ISIM experience will be preferred. Work Location: In person
