About the Job Work with a competitive intelligence and primary market research consultancy serving pharma and biotech clients. We need a research analyst who owns the research craft end-to-end — design, materials, analysis, and reporting — across qualitative and quantitative studies. The focus is the intellectual core of the study: translating client objectives into sound research design, building manager-ready instruments, and turning data into insight that answers the business question. This role carries less field/vendor management and business-operations load than the Presentation Designer role — it's weighted toward thinking and building, not coordinating logistics. Prior pharma market research experience is required. At minimum, hands-on MR experience across both qualitative and quantitative methods. Develop manager-ready materials: kickoff decks, screeners, discussion guides, and surveys. Ensure every instrument maps back to the study objectives. Analysis & reporting Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and synthesize it into clear, focused findings. Connect findings to business implications — answer the business question, not summarize all data. Produce manager-ready reports and deliverables (clean, well-structured, insight-led). Field coordination (light) Coordinate with recruiters/vendors as needed to keep a study moving — a supporting activity here, not the center of the role. Working Hours Flexible working hours
