You will be successful in this role if you have: - BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination. - Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration. - Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts. - U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required. - May also hold Linux credentials if permitted. - Night Shift: 6pm - 6am EST This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
