In this role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise treasury systems, financial technology, and organizational change to deliver strategic consulting services. Your energetic approach will help clients optimize their cash management, liquidity, and risk mitigation strategies through the implementation and enhancement of Kyriba's cloud-based treasury platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale organizational transformations and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Kyriba treasury solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, and management teams to understand client needs and develop tailored treasury strategies. Conduct comprehensive business analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives, including training sessions, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans. Provide expert guidance on strategic planning related to cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to deliver projects on schedule. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive-level stakeholders and support business development efforts through research and client presentations. Skills Proven experience in project management within technology or enterprise solutions implementation environments. Strong knowledge of Kyriba treasury platform functionalities and integrations. Expertise in business analysis, data analysis skills, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean management. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with executives and diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes. Background in management consulting or consulting firm experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage large-scale organizational change initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with enterprise-wide financial processes, strategic planning, and research techniques related to treasury operations.
