You will act as the bridge between our technical products and our clients, translating complex system capabilities into clear value propositions for developers, system integrators, architects, and end-users. Key Responsibilities *Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential and commercial automation sectors. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (System Integrators, MEP Consultants, Architects, Real Estate Developers). *Technical Consultation: Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements. Recommend appropriate KNX components (sensors, actuators, gateways, BMS) to create a complete solution. *Proposal & Design: Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and system schematic designs using tools like AutoCAD or manufacturer-specific software. *Product Demonstrations: Lead presentations and live demonstrations of our smart home solutions, highlighting energy efficiency, comfort, and security features. *Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling upgrades or maintenance packages. *Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest KNX protocols (IoT, Secure), competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
