# Kitchen Stewarding Assistant **Kcal Healthy Fastfood** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Purpose of the role: Based in our Central Kitchen (Dubai Investment Park) and reporting to the Kitchen Stewarding in Charge, the Stewarding Assistant is responsible to maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and adhering to the HACCP standards and company policy & procedures. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply the Central Production Unit Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals. Any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Professional Requirements: · High School/Equivalent · Basic knowledge and commitment to a safe work environment F&B Operation and HACCP Standards. · A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in similar role Interpersonal Requirements: · Works quickly and efficiently. · Attention to detail. · Ability to work under pressure. · Listening skills and adaptability · Thorough and methodical · Well organized N.B: Shared bachelor's accommodation would be provided. The package is not negotiable. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
