Job Overview

KABI | WORKS is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Lead Installer / Carpenter specializing in high-end custom cabinetry and fitted furniture. In this role, you will lead on-site execution and ensure that every project meets our rigorous standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Installation & Leadership: Lead the assembly and installation of bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and custom joinery on-site or at the facility according to production drawings.
• Site Survey & Preparation: Conduct precise site measurements for production drawings and perform site readiness inspections using company checklists.
• Quality & Snagging Management: Inspect incoming material deliveries for defects or missing parts, prepare initial snagging lists, and execute rectifications within approved timelines to secure final client sign-off.
• Team & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks with Project Managers, designers, and site supervisors. Supervise installation helpers and manage commercial van transport safely.
• Daily Reporting: Submit daily progress updates via work messaging channels with photos/videos showing installation status.
• Professional Brand Representation: Maintain strict standards of personal hygiene, clean grooming, and wear the provided branded company uniform at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven professional background in custom joinery, fitted furniture, and flat-pack assembly.
• Driving License: Preferable, but not a must! Valid UAE Driver’s License (or eligibility to convert your license immediately upon visa issuance) with proven experience driving commercial vans.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable using smartphones and messaging groups for updates.
• Mindset: High level of ownership, problem-solving capability, emotional positivity, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED from 4 500 to 7 350 per month (depending on experience and job efficiency.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Transportation: Company vehicle provided for work purposes (fuel fully covered for work trips)
• Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance provided as per UAE regulations
• Paid Leave & Flights: 30 calendar days of annual leave plus one return flight home
• End of Service Gratuity: Provided in accordance with UAE Labor Law

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 4 hours standard (flexible/assigned based on project requirements)
