Monitor data accuracy and trends, with strong sensitivity to abnormal or outlier data points. Identify root causes of timeliness issues and provide clear analysis-based insights. Follow up on identified issues in a timely manner and ensure proper feedback is communicated to relevant stakeholders. Support the establishment of improvement mechanisms and track corrective actions to ensure continuous performance improvement. Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal review and management reporting. Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentation of insights). Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken; written proficiency is a plus). Strong logical thinking and analytical comprehension skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with data-driven problem solving. Good coordination and follow-up skills to drive issue resolution.
