The ideal candidate will have strong account management, sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a proven ability to retain key clients, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts and high-value clients. - Identify new business opportunities and generate additional revenue from existing accounts. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and project teams to deliver suitable solutions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms. - Ensure client satisfaction, timely delivery, and effective resolution of issues. - Monitor sales performance, maintain account plans, and achieve revenue targets. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company services. - Maintain accurate client records, sales forecasts, and regular account reports. Requirements - Minimum 4–5 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or business development. - Experience in exhibition, events, interior fit-out, corporate gifts, advertising, branding, or signage is highly preferred. - Proven track record in managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Strong understanding of client servicing, quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with internal teams. - Good knowledge of the UAE corporate market is preferred.
