# Key Account Manager **MAKE SENSE** · กรุงเทพฯ · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 26 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Location: BangkokKey Responsibilities: Core Channel Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key beauty retail channels , including Watsons, Beautrium, EVEANDBOY, and other strategic customers, Drive sales targets, product listings, promotions, sell-in/sell-out performance, and in-store execution.. Channel Expansion: Actively expand into Traditional Trade (GT) to increase market coverage (candidates with relevant experience will take the lead in this area). Negotiation & Execution: Assist senior management in negotiating annual contracts, formulating pricing strategies, and implementing promotional plans. Monitor competitor dynamics and provide timely feedback to ensure terminal execution. Operations & Cross-functional Collaboration: Handle sales forecasting, inventory management, and payment collection. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and marketing campaigns. Agility & Growth: Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, accept clear management guidance and rapid feedback mechanisms, and quickly adjust strategies to respond to market changes. Qualifications: Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above with 3-5 years of Sales/Key Account management experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of the Thai modern beauty retail landscape, particularly Watsons, Beautrium, EVEANDBOY, or similar Health & Beauty retailers. Experience in Traditional Trade or large supermarket chains is a strong plus. Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong team spirit. As a growth-oriented talent, must possess a strong willingness to learn and high resilience under pressure. Language: Fluent in Thai and English. Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred but not mandatory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ฿80,000.00 - ฿120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
