# Key Account Manager **Data Lake Inc** · Pasay · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB OVERVIEW: The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and management of government accounts, including national agencies, local government units (LGUs), and government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs). This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end sales process—from initial engagement to contract award—while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with government procurement processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Management & Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders (e.g., DICT, DepEd, LGUs, agencies) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline Achieve assigned revenue and account growth targets Lead client discussions, product presentations, and solution positioning Bid Support & Deal Closure Collaborate with the Bid & Proposal Specialist in preparing RFP/RFQ submissions Provide client requirements, insights, and supporting documents for proposals Support negotiations and contract finalization Ensure timely submission of all required documents Client Intelligence & Market Insights Gather and analyze client needs, budget cycles, and procurement plans Monitor upcoming government projects and opportunities (e.g., PhilGEPS) Maintain accurate account data, pipeline updates, and forecasts Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with: Solutions Engineer (for technical requirements) Sales Operations (for tracking and reporting) Management (for approvals and strategy alignment) Ensure smooth handover to operations upon project award JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field At least 2–5 years experience in sales, preferably in government or B2G environment Proven track record in account management and deal closing Familiarity with government procurement processes (e.g., PhilGEPS, RA 9184) is an advantage Experience handling government clients or public sector projects Background in telecom, technology, or infrastructure solutions is an advantage Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Proficient in MS Office to manage data, create reports and maintain records Ability to work well with others even under pressure Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strategic thinking and opportunity identification High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
