The basic salary for this role is £27,500 plus commission. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Hybrid working available following training. The Role: Supporting the Senior Client Relationship Manager in managing and nurturing their key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships To generate referrals from agencies by telephone and email-based activity Ongoing account management responsibility for the agency to ensure exceptional customer service The Person: Self-motivated and the ability to be motivated by targets Ability to learn products and stay knowledgeable on current industry legislation Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, articulate manner to clients, contractors and colleagues Requirements: GCSE grade 4/C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications/experience Proven experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment with a track record of achieving sales KPIs Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel Progression: Professional qualification financial support with up to 6 days paid study leave for professional qualifications Training and personal development Clear objectives and paths for progression Holidays: 24 days plus Bank Holidays which increase with length of service Plus your birthday off Benefits: Great Place To Work Certified!
