Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize KDB+/q applications for real-time market data and trading. Design and maintain KDB+ Tick architectures for high-volume, low-latency processing. Build time-series analytics and data solutions across Equities, FX, Futures, and other asset classes. Optimize system performance, latency, and scalability. Work closely with quants, traders, and technology teams on trading strategies and analytics. Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production environments. Requirements 3–5+ years of software development experience with strong KDB+/q expertise. Hands-on experience with KDB+ Tick , time-series databases, and low-latency systems. Strong Linux/Unix and scripting skills. Programming experience in Java, C++, or Python . Experience in capital markets, investment banking, electronic/algorithmic trading, or market data . Strong understanding of performance tuning and latency optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
