We are a tech-native M&A firm replacing old-school deal sourcing with custom LLM pipelines, predictive market mapping, and automated outreach engines. We’re hiring a Junior Technical Analyst to help engineer the data backbone of our origination platform. You'll work directly at the intersection of high finance, data pipelines, and applied AI. What You’ll Actually Do Build & Tune Data Engines: Scrape, clean, and structure unstructured B2B market data to feed our deal-sourcing algorithms. Refine Model Logic: Optimize prompt frameworks and custom LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic) to ensure our outreach hits with precision and high context. Map Emerging Markets: Run SQL and Python workflows to identify off-market, high-value acquisition targets before anyone else sees them. Automate Grunt Work: Continuously spot operational bottlenecks and build scripts or webhooks to eliminate them. What Gets You the Role Strong foundation in Python, SQL, and working with modern API architectures. A genuine curiosity for tech, business models, and how software companies scale. 1–3 years of hands-on experience (internships, bootcamps, or heavy personal projects count).
