This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will support end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract and secure talent across various business functions. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer management. Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability against role requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and recruitment timelines. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system. Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development. Support recruitment reporting and administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Requirements Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders. Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A keen interest in fintech, financial services or online trading would be advantageous.
