Monitor application performance and ensure system availability. Analyze, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and service requests. Support application enhancements, fixes, and deployment activities. Work closely with developers, business users, and support teams to identify solutions. Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Create and maintain technical documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities. Follow established support processes and best practices. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Java (mandatory). Understanding of Spring Framework and Spring Boot. Basic knowledge of SQL and application troubleshooting. Familiarity with REST APIs. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Skills Exposure to Python. Basic knowledge of Shell Scripting. Experience with application support. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Approximately 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or relevant project work.
