This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their sales career who is eager to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be working closely with experienced team members who will provide ongoing training, guidance, and mentoring to help you build confidence and succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities Identify and contact prospective customers to introduce our fuel card solutions Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers Support the sales team in managing leads and following up enquiries Learn how to analyse customer fuel usage and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system Work towards individual and team sales targets What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone A positive attitude with a willingness to learn Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Good organisational skills and attention to detail Good IT skills (Microsoft Office / CRM systems) Previous sales or customer service experience preferred What We Offer A supportive, friendly team environment with hands-on training Clear career progression opportunities within the business Ongoing coaching and development from experienced sales professionals Strong basic salary of £25,000 pa plus commission structure Office based in Modern offices, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm Must have own transport due to the location Kelvedon, Essex Pay: £25,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
