This position is intended for a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a strong academic background in RF engineering, microwave engineering, telecommunications, signal processing, or related fields. Responsibilities Design and develop RF and microwave circuits, modules, and subsystems. Develop and optimize prototypes in the laboratory. Perform RF measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes, noise figure analyzers, and other RF test equipment. Troubleshoot and optimize RF designs based on laboratory measurements. Work closely with PCB, FPGA, embedded software, mechanical, and system engineering teams. Support design transfer to manufacturing, production testing, and troubleshooting. Investigate new RF technologies, components, and design approaches. Ideally also develop high speed PCBs Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in RF or Microwave Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Strong understanding of radio techniques and principles - mixers, frequency conversions, PLL. Strong understanding of digital signal processing - FFT, correlation analysis, sampling principle etc. Good technical documentation and communication skills. Good English and/or German.
