We at ProSource Group are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to become part of our growing team within our Dublin Office.

We are looking to add a Junior Recruitment Consultant to our Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, with direct support from experienced consultants and management.

About the Role

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, helping clients find the right candidates while supporting candidates in securing suitable opportunities.
• Building relationships with existing clients and developing new connections across the construction industry.
• Developing specialist knowledge of your market and using this to grow your network and contribute to the wider business.
• Working primarily with existing clients and established relationships, rather than focusing solely on cold outreach.
• Learning from experienced consultants and gaining exposure to different areas of the construction industry.
• Building your own desk over time, with the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and placements.

• Degree qualified.
