Asset Homez is looking for an energetic and target-driven Junior Recruiter to join our growing HR team.

If you have experience recruiting within the UAE real estate industry and enjoy sourcing talent, connecting with candidates, and working towards hiring targets, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Property Consultants, Team Leaders, and other real estate professionals
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and candidate trackers
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Build a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified real estate professionals
• Work towards monthly recruitment and joining targets
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate recruitment experience – mandatory
• Good understanding of the UAE real estate recruitment market
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Junior Recruiter Salary: AED 4,000 per month + Incentives Experience: Minimum 1 year in UAE Real Estate Recruitment
