The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting and managing the centralized hiring process across multiple departments or business units. This role ensures a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience by coordinating sourcing, screening, and hiring activities in alignment with company standards. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent With experience in detailed end-to-end recruitment process Proactive and resourceful Advanced knowledge in MS Excel Good interpersonal and time management skills Can work under pressure Willing to work at Cainta, Rizal What we offer: Direct-hire, project-based employment Complete mandated benefits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
