# Junior Quantity Surveyor **SLS Constructions** · Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the job JOB OPENING Civil Engineer – JR Quantity Surveyor (QS) Company: SLS Constructions Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Quantity Surveying / Commercial Position: Civil Engineer – QS About the Role SLS Constructions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (QS) to handle quantity surveying, estimation, billing, cost control and commercial activities for construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications. Prepare quantity take-offs for civil, structural and finishing works. Prepare and submit RA Bills / Client Bills and subcontractor bills. Check and certify subcontractor measurements and bills . Maintain measurement sheets, abstracts and billing records . Verify quantities with approved drawings and actual site measurements. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants and Clients regarding measurements and billing. Maintain proper documentation for project commercial activities. Required Qualifications B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering . Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation or Commercial activities . Good knowledge of Civil BOQ and quantity calculation . Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office . Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings . Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience Experience: 0–2 years in construction / contracting / QS & Billing. Candidates with experience in building construction, residential, commercial, infrastructure or finishing works will be preferred.
