# Junior QA Engineer **Ukirama** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities - Assist in understanding and reviewing product requirements and business processes to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable under the guidance of senior QA engineers. - Assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation based on product requirements and business processes. - Perform manual testing of ERP software applications, including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing for new features and existing modules. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for selected test scenarios to improve testing efficiency and coverage, under the guidance of senior QA engineers. - Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, UI/UX designers, and analysts to clarify requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure features meet expected specifications. - Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting information to assist developers in troubleshooting and resolution. - Perform retesting and regression testing after defects have been resolved, including executing relevant automated test scripts to ensure fixes work as expected and do not introduce new issues. - Assist in testing across development, staging, and production environments, and contribute to improving testing processes, documentation, and overall software quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, testing methodologies, automation practices, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance. Requirements - Must possess a Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Software), or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00. - Having 0-1 years of working experience. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Passionate about software quality and web/application development. - Understanding of software testing concepts, including test cases, test scenarios, bug reporting, regression testing, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Understanding of Web Application Development and basic database concepts. - Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and/or scripting. - Familiarity with API testing, automated testing, SQL and database testing, bug tracking or test management tools is a plus. - High level of integrity and ethics. - Fast learner with strong analytical and good problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented and able to identify inconsistencies or potential issues. - Comfortable with ambiguity and failure, as well as rapid iteration. - Willing to be full WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman).
