This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management and electronic security . Previous PM experience is not essential — we are looking for organised, motivated individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. The Role Support Project Managers with security projects from start to finish. Assist with planning, scheduling and project coordination. Communicate with customers, engineers and subcontractors. Help manage project documentation, deadlines and progress. Gain knowledge of CCTV, access control . Complete structured training and formal qualifications. Progress towards a Project Manager position upon successful completion. About You Motivated to build a career in Project Management. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Confident working within a team and taking responsibility. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Keen to learn and develop. Previous project management experience is not required . Excellent training, development and long-term career progression available.
