Our products and services easily blend all aspects of customer delivery channels, hardware management, card issuance and front-line customer service. The Junior Project Manager will assist in driving the delivery of digital products, specific enhancements, and feature rollouts for our mobile banking platforms. Working closely with senior project managers, product owners, and cross-functional technology teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with security and regulatory compliance standards.This role is ideal for a proactive coordinator with a strong baseline understanding of mobile app development life cycles and retail banking features. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Support the end-to-end delivery of mobile banking features (e.g., payment gateway integrations, biometric authentication, UI/UX upgrades). Agile Facilitation: Assist in managing product backlogs, tracking sprint progress in Jira, and facilitating Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective meetings. Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between technical developers, QA testers, and business units (Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Operations). Documentation & Reporting: Maintain the project's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Generate regular status dashboards and project updates for leadership. Testing Oversight: Coordinate with QA teams and business users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect triage for mobile application builds. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis, ideally within banking, FinTech, or software development. Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of mobile application ecosystems (iOS & Android platforms), API integrations, and digital payment methods. Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Scrum and Agile frameworks. Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project tracking software.
