Responsibilities include directly working with and assisting our Project Managers, planning or preparing contract administration of assigned projects, reviewing engineering design plans and specifications, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. You should have experience with Small to medium scale commercial projects, encompassing demanding environments such as Healthcare, Restaurant, Retail and Business Offices including design-build, residential and ground-up construction About us A&E Electrical Company, Inc. is a small/medium sized commercial electrical contractor business providing electrical construction and design services. Responsibilities - Analyze requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project - Prepare and track product submittals - Review invoicing for materials per project - Prepare RFIs and track - Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors - Assist foreman with coordinating materials - Coordination with other project personnel including Foreman, to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met. - Assist in Scheduling/Dispatch of electricians - Personnel Management Assistance - Driving Ability throughout the Greater Bay Area - Company Vehicle - Maintain a company email and phone for communications with electricians and customers Skills and Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - Completion of postsecondary education electrician training program (preferred, but not required) - Ability to interpret project drawings and/or schedules - Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organization and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills in project management.
