The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and according to required quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to develop their project management and leadership skills through hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation. - Monitor project site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. - Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, schedules, and other project records. - Track project costs, materials, resources, and deliverables. - Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and concerns. - Attend project and site meetings and document important updates and action items. - Coordinate project requirements and follow up on pending deliverables. - Assist the Project Manager in ensuring that project activities are completed according to specifications and agreed timelines. - Conduct site visits and provide project updates to management. - Perform other project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Construction Management, or a related course (underboard) - Basic knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and project management principles - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Knowledge of project scheduling tools, including Gantt Charts , is an advantage. - Willing to conduct site visits and field work as required - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills - Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to work effectively with different teams - Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks - Willing to learn and develop professionally in project management and construction operations - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php100.00 per month Application Question(s): - What is your expected pay range?
