Junior Product Marketing & Content Specialist (Canva & Writing)
About the Role Are you a resourceful content creator who loves taking complex ideas, breaking them down, and making them look visually stunning? We are a growing company with a wide range of products, and we are looking for a hybrid Writer and Canva Specialist to help us stand out from the competition, expand into new markets, and arm our sales team with the best tools possible. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO. You don't need to be an industry expert from day one, but you must have a sharp investigative mind, a gift for persuasive writing, and the ability to follow a brand book to make information look organized and professional. We are highly willing to train the right person on our products as long as you have a positive attitude and a hunger to learn! What You Will Do Sales Enablement & Decks: Take complex or technical product details and turn them into highly professional, visually appealing sales pitch decks and internal training materials using Canva (following our established brand guidelines). Competitor Research & USPs: Investigate our competitors, find their product weaknesses, and write clear "battle cards" and scripts that highlight our Unique Selling Propositions (USPs). E-Commerce & Digital Listings: Draft and format high-converting product listings, feature descriptions, and infographs for our digital channels. Conversational Sales Support: Write phone/chat scripts and objection-handling guides for our customer-facing teams so they sound natural, confident, and helpful. Community & Email Marketing: Create engaging, educational content calendars for our community channels (like Viber/WhatsApp) and draft marketing emails to keep our leads warm and interested. What We Are Looking For * 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing, Marketing Communications, or Sales Support. * Proficient in Canva: You don't need to be an elite graphic designer, but you must know how to use templates, format layouts cleanly, maintain consistent typography/colors, and make technical text highly scannable and "pretty." * Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to write conversationally (not robotic or stiff). * Resourceful Researcher: A natural curiosity to look up competitor details and learn how complex products or features work. * High Coachability: A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to take feedback and learn a new industry.
