Join our Procurement team to support the delivery of procurement services across the business for the Czech offices. This role is an excellent opportunity to start or further develop your career in procurement within a leading international professional services firm. What will you work on: This is much more than an administrative role. You will manage sourcing activities, supplier onboarding, contract administration and stakeholder support, while contributing to procurement transformation initiatives and cost optimization opportunities. Support and progressively manage sourcing and tender activities, including preparing RFQs and RFPs, conducting market research, soliciting supplier quotations and proposals, and evaluating supplier responses to support informed purchasing decisions. Analyze pricing and commercial terms and identify opportunities for cost savings. Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, IT Security and Finance. Maintain contract documentation and monitor contract renewals. Support supplier onboarding and SAP vendor setup. Guide internal teams through procurement processes and requirements. Contribute to reporting, automation and process improvement initiatives. You will succeed in this role if you: Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, or a candidate with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Have s trong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Well-organized , able to prioritize tasks , and manage multiple responsibilities. Have the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Professional proficiency in Czech and English ; Slovak is an advantage. This role will offer you: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential extension to a permanent position).
