We are currently hiring Junior Planning Engineer who can assist senior planning and project management teams with scheduling, tracking project progress, and updating baseline programs for construction and engineering projects. Core Responsibilities Schedule Maintenance: Assist in developing and updating project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Progress Tracking: Collect daily or weekly site data to record actual progress versus planned milestones. Report Preparation: Help draft weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and basic performance dashboards. Log Management: Maintain tracking logs for shop drawings, material approvals, and long-lead procurement items. Data & Resource Coordination: Gather data from site supervisors, cost estimators, and subcontractors to support resource and manpower loading sheets. Meeting Support: Attend project progress coordination meetings and take notes on schedule-related constraints or delays. Key Skills & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management. Software: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, alongside strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience: Often entry-level to 2–3 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment. Work Location: In person
