The role also involves client servicing, branch operations, team learning, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coaching & Rehabilitation Design and execute personalized rehabilitation, movement, and exercise programs. Guide clients through Clinical Pilates and exercise-based rehabilitation, monitor progress, and maintain proper documentation. Customer Servicing Build positive relationships with clients and ensure all assigned clients are promptly and properly managed. Address client concerns, feedback, inquiries, and appointment needs professionally. Mentoring & Training Participate in training, workshops, case studies, and team learning sessions. Assist senior coaches and educational consultants in mentoring junior teammates as assigned. Branch Administration Assist the branch team with client records, documentation, studio upkeep, and other administrative and operational tasks. Marketing & Sales Assist the branch team in executing marketing initiatives, promotions, workshops, and community activities. Support initiatives aimed at achieving branch and company sales targets. Team & Studio Support Work collaboratively with coaches and branch team members to ensure smooth studio operations and a positive client experience. Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Required Licensed Physical Therapist Fresh graduates and early-career therapists are highly encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for movement, rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness Willingness to learn and grow within a coaching-focused environment Preferred Exposure to musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation during internship or practice Interest in Clinical Pilates, exercise-based rehabilitation, or movement coaching Background in fitness, sports, dance, or wellness is an advantage About ONELIFE ONELIFE is redefining modern rehabilitation and movement-based healthcare in the Philippines.
