Junior Performance Marketer (AI, Remote Europe)

Description :

I am recruiting a Junior Performance Marketer for the Growth team of a fast-growing consumer AI company. You run and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on mainstream consumer channels, with real ownership: audiences, creatives, budgets, CAC, ROAS and conversion. You grow towards managing larger budgets, working directly with the CMO & Co-founder.

Fully remote from Europe or Asia, B2B contractor basis.

Salary: 42 000 € gross per year, total package.

Profil recherché :

-

Hands-on paid acquisition or media buying experience: you personally launch and optimise campaigns.

Experience with at least one major consumer platform: Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit.

Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and conversion, with measurable results you can explain.

Ideal background: gaming, dating, subscriptions, DTC or performance agencies. Not a fit: B2B SaaS demand generation, lead gen or reporting-only profiles.

Fluent English; full comfort working for an NSFW AI companionship product.
