This position offers structured training, mentoring and hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM implementation, enhancement and application support projects. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced consultants and develop functional, technical and client-facing consulting capabilities. Depending on your academic background, aptitude and interests, you may be assigned to: Oracle Fusion ERP, including Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain Management; Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time and Labour, Payroll and Learning; or Oracle Fusion technical areas, including reporting, integration, data migration and application extensions. Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering, analysing and documenting clients’ business requirements. Participate in business process discussions, solution workshops and project meetings. Support the preparation of process flows, functional specifications, configuration workbooks and user guides. Assist with the configuration of Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM modules. Support data preparation, cleansing, validation and migration activities. Prepare test scenarios and scripts for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Perform system testing, document the results and follow up on identified issues. Assist with user training, system deployment, go-live and post-implementation support. Investigate application issues under the guidance of senior consultants. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates. Continuously develop knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and relevant business processes. Academic Requirements Applicants must demonstrate a consistently outstanding academic record. Fresh Graduates Achieved at least 9As in SPM, IGCSE or an equivalent secondary/high-school qualification; and Hold a First-Class Honours bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent academic distinction, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline. Applicants awaiting graduation may apply if they are on track to obtain First-Class Honours or its equivalent. Interns Achieved at least 9As in SPM, IGCSE or an equivalent secondary/high-school qualification; and Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honours standing or an equivalent cumulative academic result. Must provide the latest academic transcript or other supporting academic records. Preferably available for an internship of at least three months, with a longer internship period being advantageous. Have no remaining academic commitments that would prevent them from commencing full-time employment after the internship. Preferred Knowledge Exposure to any of the following would be advantageous but is not mandatory: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or HCM Accounting, finance, procurement, supply chain or human resource processes SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript or REST/SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI or Fusion Analytics Data migration, software testing and system documentation Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis Skills and Attributes Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Genuine interest in enterprise applications, business processes and cloud technology. Fast learner with the ability to understand complex concepts. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good written and verbal communication skills. Responsible, proactive and able to manage assigned tasks and deadlines. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team. Willing to pursue relevant Oracle professional certifications. Willing to travel or work at client sites when required.
