The role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure effective product planning, availability, and execution. Key Responsibilities Merchandising & Product Assortment Plan and maintain product assortments based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance. Identify product gaps, opportunities, and potential new products. Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to the product assortment. Sales & Inventory Management Analyze sales data to identify best-selling products, slow-moving items, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor inventory levels and product movement to ensure adequate stock availability. Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing teams regarding replenishment and inventory requirements. Pricing & Promotions Monitor competitor pricing and market trends. Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and promotional activities. Evaluate product performance and provide recommendations based on sales data. Supplier & Vendor Management Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of products. Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and product requirements. Assist in negotiating terms and resolving product or delivery concerns. Team Leadership & People Management Supervise and guide the merchandising team in the execution of daily activities. Assign tasks and monitor completion of merchandising-related projects. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members. Monitor team performance and ensure that merchandising activities are completed accurately and on time. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Visual Merchandising teams. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies across relevant channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail, product management, or a related field. Previous supervisory or people-management experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with merchandising, inventory management, or ERP software is an advantage. Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City .
