Junior Logistics Manager

We are looking for a proactive, analytical problem-solver with transportation or logistics experience who can coordinate daily operations while anticipating challenges and developing practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer load requirements, driver assignments, and daily transportation plans.
• Balance customer demands, driver workload, and operational efficiency.
• Identify potential issues early and develop solutions for unexpected changes.
• Analyze situations, improve processes, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Take initiative and prepare for future operational needs, with opportunities to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements:

• Some transportation or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail, urgency, and flexibility.
• Ability to think ahead, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
• Leadership potential and a desire for professional growth.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
