# Junior land surveyor **Middle East Survey Engineering** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a Junior Land Surveyor to support survey activities for road, infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, and civil construction projects. The candidate will assist the survey team with setting out, measurements, level checks, as-built surveys, and preparation of survey records. Key Responsibilities Assist the Senior Land Surveyor in site surveying and setting-out activities . Carry out levels, coordinates, alignment, and elevation checks as instructed. Assist in setting out: Roads and asphalt works Kerbs, interlock and pavements Drainage and utility works Earthworks and excavation Structures and foundations Operate and maintain Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS and other survey equipment . Assist with establishing and maintaining survey control points and benchmarks . Take accurate field measurements and maintain proper survey records. Prepare and assist with as-built surveys and drawings . Check contractor/subcontractor works against approved drawings and required levels. Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams for daily survey requirements. Ensure survey equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and stored. Report any discrepancies in levels, coordinates, alignment, or setting-out to the Senior Surveyor. Follow project HSE and quality requirements at all times. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field . 1–3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in UAE road/infrastructure projects. Basic practical knowledge of Total Station and Auto Level . Knowledge of GPS/GNSS surveying is an advantage. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and reading civil/engineering drawings. Understanding of coordinates, benchmarks, levels, chainage, offsets, and setting-out procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work outdoors and at construction sites. UAE/GCC project experience is preferred. Preferred Skills Road and infrastructure surveying experience. Experience with Civil 3D or other survey software. Knowledge of as-built survey preparation . Ability to work accurately under site conditions and meet project deadlines. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Pay: Up to AED1,600.00 per month Work Location: In person
